The Company has been pursuing global business expansion as a key component of its growth strategy and considers China as one of the most important countries with large market size. Therefore, the Company determined to establish a subsidiary in China to proceed preparation for business expansion.

3. Outlook
The impact of this matter on the Company’s consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending January 2026 is expected to be minimal. Following the establishment of the subsidiary, the Company will proceed in earnest with preparations for the commencement of operations; however, the opening date of the first store in China has not yet been determined at this time.
