HUMAN MADE Inc. (the "Company") hereby announces that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 23, 2026, resolved to introduce an Executive Officer system and change the title of the Representative Director accordingly, as detailed below.
1. Introduction of the Executive Officer System
(1) Purpose
The Company will introduce an Executive Officer system to respond to business expansion and rapid changes in the management environment. This transition is intended to accelerate decision-making, improve the efficiency of business execution, establish a more agile management structure, expand opportunities for the appointment of management personnel, and foster management talent over the medium to long term.
(2) Overview of the Executive Officer System
1． Executive Officers shall be engaged under mandate contract with the Company.
2． The appointment and dismissal of Executive Officers shall be resolved by the Board of Directors.
3． The term of office for Executive Officers shall be one year, and they are not precluded from being reappointed.
4． Executive Officers shall execute business operations based on the business policies determined by the Board of Directors.

August 1, 2026
2. Change in Title of Representative Director (effective as of August 1, 2026)
In conjunction with the introduction of the Executive Officer system, Rei Matsunuma, Representative Director, CEO and COO, will delegate the role of business execution as COO (Chief Operating Officer) to newly appointed Executive Officers, and will focus on overseeing overall management and strategic planning for improving corporate value over the medium to long term as Representative Director and CEO.
